After going to 4th floor there were different turnings, no signs to say which numbers so a maze! Our room was 2 single beds, no choice on this! A TV that doesn't work, a fridge unplugged.No info book, no spa leaflets no map no tea and coffee. we gave our details and were given keys we asked where breakfast was in the morning and told 1st floor. There was a queue at reception which took 20 minutes to get addressed. there was an intercom but did not no whether to push it or not in case for deliveries, hence parked on street and saved 10 euros. I was bought this as a smart box gift.On entering hotel we tried to use car park.
